Neil Armstrong: a common man with a common disease

Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, died Saturday (Aug. 25) due to heart-surgery complications.

"Neil Armstrong was a hero not just of his time, but of all time," said President Barack Obama in a statement. "Thank you, Neil, for showing us the power of one small step."

Coronary artery disease is the number one killer of men and women in the United States: a common disease  killed a common american and a common man. A son of the same big and fat United States, a son of the american's dream: the dream where a simple man walk on the moon, a great success for the United States and the human technology. A success for a dream where men want to dominate nature.

But it's a shattered dream: because nature always win.

A man can walk on the moon, yes maybe it's true, but men can't win heart diseases, cancer, old age.
We can't.
